O.K., so it is not Tucson, Arizona. This is the Long Horn Grill located at the junction of Hwy 86 and I-19 about 45 miles south of Tucson on the way to the Mexico border. Pretty good mexican food last time I did eat there. Always a lively bunch of locals bellied up to the bar.
